All of our meetings start at 7.30 pm except garden meetings which start at 7.15pm.

1st June - John Hewson - Hanging baskets - Metfield village hall

6th July - Garden meeting & visit to Eddie Krutysza’ s nursery

3rd August - Garden meeting with BBQ

7th September - Mr & Mrs Ashcroft - Silk painting (7.15pm) - Mendham & Withersdale village hall

5th October - Denise Hammond Webb - The Birth of Banham Zoo - Metfield village hall

2nd November - ANNUAL MEETING & The Happiest Day of your Life! - Mendham School

7th December - It’s a Christmas cracker! & Christmas celebration - Metfield village hall

Archive film night

The village hall committee organised an evening where Stewart Orr presented archive films contributing his normal fee. £715.10 was raised.

FOMSA quiz night

FOMSA held a quiz night that was really successful and raised (tbc)

Hedge & tree planting underway

The planting of new hedges and a small spinny at the playing fields near the village hall is underway. Contact Denis & Jan Pye.

The village hall was officially opened on 17th April 2010 by Rebecca Knight from the Operababes.
